Idle image? @_@
I made an imagemap for this exact part of the game without problems the first time, all I did was change the two images I used and moved the coordinates to match.

Re: Really weird image problem
No, the ground image is there in the coding already... screen example_imagemap: imagemap: ground "scr/pground.jpg" hover "scr/phover.jpg" hotspot (485,280,174,319) clicked Return("gage") hotspot (672,272,127,327) clicked Return("raven") hotspot (295,239,184,360) clicked Return("xander") hotspot (158...

Re: Really weird image problem
That's what I initially thought too, but no dice. The background was 100% opaque, and throwing in a black sheet behind it didn't have any effect.

Really weird image problem
Okay, so I'm attaching three images. The first two are the ground and hover images I used for my imagemap in game, both PSDs. The third is a screenshot of the imagemap in-game. You can see that it's suddenly become semitransparent, and turned red from blue. The first imagemap I made for this purpose...

I sincerely can't believe that was all it needed.

Zoom FAIL
So I've spent a ton of time going over this, and I can't get it to work. I'm trying to zoom in on a specific part of an image, but no matter what I change the numbers to, from my personal numbers to the ones used in the tutorial game, my game seems to skip right over the block of code as if it weren...

Time Stones: Demo
So, I've been at this for a few months, and I think I'm finally ready to let the experts take a crack at it. Therefore, I'm ready to release to you, my (internet and barely-could-be-considered-acquaintences) friends, to see what you think. Feedback, both complimentary and critical, is appreciated, a...

Re: Variable Error
Well, I changed it, but I still get the same message. I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred. Finished my demo, hoping for testers
Anyone interested in testing my demo? It's a sci-fi story about four kids who mysteriously vanish into what seems to be another world. I've only completed the Prologue and First Chapter and packaged those two up into a demo. If anyone's willing to offer feedback, I'd appreciate it! I had no artist, ...

I kinda figured out the problem. I put this line of code into my options page:
The icon was working, but now the game isn't. Why?
Code: Select all
config.window_icon = "icon.ico"- Mon Apr 25, 2011 5:16 pm
