Re: What TV Show fandoms are you in?

I don't watch TV often, so I stream them off instead. I'm currently watching the following series: -Downton Abbey -Sungkyunkwan Scandal (OH GOSH. I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WATCH THIS IF YOU LIKE GENDERBENDER GENRES ♥) -Star Driver (Do not judge me. Haha!) I have yet to watch other TV Series. I'm eyeing ...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

I did this a couple of weeks ago, with a header a blogger asked for, and when it was finished I realized I had overwritten the high-res picture, but figured it didn't matter (because the picture was done anyway). Then the blogger wrote back and asked if I could change some details... And I agreed T...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

Don't you just hate it when you're working on an artwork then you realized it's in a lower resolution all this time. It turns out you subconsciously saved your PSD file AFTER you resized the picture that the History records of the PSD is too far for you to revert it back to its HD details. It sucks ...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

@Lumella: If you're taking a commission job from somebody you've never worked with before, ask for upfront payment. ALWAYS. If you trust them (you've worked with them a few times) you may accept to be paid after you're done. That should get rid of any customer that won't pay you. About the works......

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

I've had quite a number of commissioned artworks from clients who failed to pay me for some time now, and I don't know what to do with all these PSDs. I'm in love with some of the works I've done and I was thinking of finishing it, but I'm afraid if I posted it up, these bogus clients might use my a...

Re: Age and romance?

Depends on the taste of the character itself, I suppose. If the MC has a pre-made personality, I believe you should base his reactions from it. For example, if your character is conservative but secretly romantic then another character mentions something explicit in a distasteful manner, I'm sure th...

Re: Can you still remember how you found these forums?

I've known the site since 2009 but during that time, I was just lurking throughout the boards than participating. I was busy playing VNs and otome games, rather than making one from scratch, so it was't that eventful. Eventually, I finally managed to work on the courage to make one when I met my HS ...

I've been telling him I feel crappy about him not giving me enough time and he's trying to give me more time. It make sme happy when he does it, but it usually doesn't last long and I have to complain again ^^; Hopefully, we'll make it work, somehow >: As an introvert, I turn very cranky just like ...

Re: GxB game "Dandelion"

I just played the demo, and I fell in love with it. I realized it was also made in renpy, would be translated in English, and has Korean dubs which makes it all the better. By the way, I fell in love with UIs. The design is easy on the eyes, and it seems to have been meticulously made. I'm trying to...

Oh, and they constantly want to lick you, which is gross. You can actually conditionally train a dog not to lick or bite you, but you have to start while he's still a puppy. I've done that with my current dog because she plays too rough with us, and has a tendency to leave scratch marks with...

Waking up with that feeling that you think you're going to get sick that day is just terrible as it is. The other day, I just experienced the worst allergic reaction I had so far. Normally I would just sneeze and get that runny nose for hours but it never subsided. I've always known that I have alle...

Re: Lumella's Art Corner & Progress Thread

These ones look really nice~ I really like the clothes you've chosen for each, they look detailed but not overcrowded. The poses also look very natural :D I agree with fioricca regarding the paneling of the comic page, my eyes were drawn to read in the right to left way as well. Thank you! I'm glad...

Re: Lumella's Art Corner & Progress Thread

I think -- what really stuck out to me is actually the panelling. Because the lady is coloured, my eyes travel immediately to her. For some reason, this also felt like it reads Japanese right-to-left instead of left-to-right. Now that you mention it, it does seem like the paneling I did was done un...
