Re: Set story pathing discussion
I agree that this has potential, and that it is important to notify the player of new endings, and have substantial content in the replays. I'll add the following: 1) The skip feature will be critical. Ideally the player will be able to fast-forward through scenes that they have already read, and/or...

Re: Set story pathing discussion
I think I understand, but please tell me if we're on the same page: Hypothetically there are three characters, each with their own route. Let's call them John, Allan, and Steve. Also hypothetically, there are some scenes that all routes share. Let's call these common. The player starts the game for ...

Some creators will be willing to cooperate with that, especially if you offer a share of your profits, and are willing to give into their term...

Re: Buyan [Paranormal] [Horror] [Political] [RPG]
This looks really interesting! I've always been a fan of games with political intrigue, especially RPGs. I'm bookmarking this, and look forward to following your progress ^^ I have to admit though, I had a similar first impression to that of Katta - "woah, wall of text" - more so from read...

Re: Rite - Chapter1 [Adventure][Fantasy][Action][Episodic]
1. What do you think about the game so far? What do you like? What do you dislike? I like the concept. "A demon who grants wishes" made me think of Tenshi_na_Konamaiki 's demon. As far as Rite goes, I'll break my feedback into categories, as defined below. Keep in mind that the following ...

Re: Looking for a Programmer To Code for Mad Dog McCree Clon
You mentioned building the story around the mechanics; what do you have in mind mechanics-wise outside of those found in Mad Dog McCree? Also, what are you thinking with regard to differentiating this game from the original? What features will change, which will stay the same, and how close to the o...

Furthermore, I'm also pleased to announce that we are taking the story of When the Bells Toll in a completely new direction I am sure readers will love. While this doesn't change any of the concepts or plot we have worked to up until now, it re-interprets them in a way that will provide a much more...
