Re: Symphonie des Rêves! [GxB & GxG][Otome-ish!]

Way better :) I think that's a winner. Especially since that uncluttered clattered version looks even worse then original. It isn't distracting anymore, but there's no sense of symmetry there, and maybe text is too big, and this remaining letter decorations are unnecessary and get in the way But we...

Re: What is your type?

What kind of person attracts you the most (romantically / non-romantically) ? Is it the same in real life, TV shows, or even visual novels? non-romantically? The 'soft' guys (not gay, metro I call 'em) that can be bullied but still can stand up for himself. I LOVE bullying these type of guys. Becau...

Re: Symphonie des Rêves! [GxB & GxG][Otome-ish!]

The second one looks really amatuer-ish due to the heavy use of emboss... It looks like you just stuck it in Photoshop and used the emboss and bevel tool to make it like that, no offense. It might be better if there wasn't such a big contrast between the white and blue? yay a building critique! And...

Re: Art Workshop(s) planning thread (for Jan/Feb 2013!)

http://kondoot.com is a great social live stream thingy with tickets that tell me what time it will be for me to see you live. and chat real time too. I follow Eatyourkimchi.com so I hope they won't do any live stream with fans in Jan-Feb.... they broke kondoot servers last September doing a live st...

GIMP Paint Studio - For painters and artists alike. (I love this thing) The goal of GPS is to provide an adequate working environment for graphic designers and artists to begin to paint and feel comfortable with GIMP from their first use . Later the user will change these settings based on his own w...

Re: Junna would like to improve

I feel like the face should be smaller within the head, and the head should be smaller overall.. Right now the proportions feel very much like the proportions a child would have (larger head, smaller body.) As much as I like the details in his hair and eyes, I'd refrain from starting on details tho...

Hi everyone! To be honest, it has been over 5 years since I picked up anything to draw... but a month or so ago I picked up my abandoned sketchbook and began with a whole project (I'm nuts. I know) so, let's start with this guy... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v48/jessrin/th_trill_zps9dfd895b.pn...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

Um, so I was complaining to someone today someone got their video game's Kickstarter backed by a fat amount of money without even having a demo. Here I am, taking off paid shifts at work, trying to get my updated demo out and wondering if I shouldn't have just let the whole campaign be fueled purel...

Re: those obscure UnicodeDecodeErrors

Hmm nope, I tried that, the error was still happening. I tried everything: - Editra "reload with encoding" to reload the same script as UTF-8, - opened the .rpy in notepad and saved it as UTF-8 And nothing worked. The only solution was to manually delete those weird characters :( I think ...

0_0 the heck is that symbol? @_@ I'm sorry, I remembered I converted files a few times and the symbols still came up like this “ . but in the end, I wrote half of the script in Notepad. T_T that was tough. but I didn't have to Replace anything, phew. Then I prepared a template/table. Like so: “ = &q...
