Yes, and one of the movie makers you probably already have is Windows Movie Maker, it's alright and easy to use but you may want to download a movie maker more advanced than that.

Well, i've been trying to find a good VN these days but I can't find much,
all the good games seem to still be in development and i'm not sure about
downloading a few new ones, some of them are quite large and my internet
usage isn't as low as it used to be. Any suggestions?
