Re: Leading the Way lyrics
Here's my version, recorded on Saturday but the mixing took a while. I took some liberty with the timing of the lyrics to make them match my interpretation, hope you don't mind: http://www.kolumbus.fi/sapora/RSC/LeadingWay02.ogg

Re: Leading the Way lyrics
Ohh, you have a beautiful voice! I hate the sound of my own voice. The very first song I listened to was rich and really moves. I wonder......... do you still have contact with the bands you worked with? Thanks! :) Hopefully you'll be happy with the results. I'm still in touch with some of the musi...

Re: Leading the Way lyrics
Pretty good, did you compose/arrange it yourself? May I suggest you reduce the amount of reverb a little in the final version (right now the piano is drowning in it). Another issue may be the length, maybe the piece is a bit long for an OP, I'd guess it should be around 1:00-1:20 or something. (Then...

Cool! That was the first OELVN I've ever played. Looking forward to it. (May I at the same inquire what will happen to Hanafuda Club...?)

"Tales of Lemma 1" being redone...?
Did I miss some posting by Lemma announcing that we'll be seeing a re-furbished version of the classic "Tales of Lemma 1"? See http://www.hinoraito.com/?p=175...

Re: Japanese-style dating sims
Buried pretty deeply in my pile of potential projects is a semi magical-girl game... only it's one where using her magical girl powers turns her into a handsome boy, who all her girlfriends have the hots for, while she's trying to maintain her secret identity... Now where have I heard that before.....

Hmmm... tough one. I believe it was "The Adventures of Maya the Honeybee" and I must've been... uh... four?

Re: Animes you just can't stand
Fate/stay night. I saw it just to say "It's shit , and yes, I saw it from beginning to end". Oh, darn. It's in my pile of unwatched box sets. Hm, my list of Animes The World Could Have Done Without (TM) is pretty long. The most notorious I managed to finish are "Love Hina" (the ...

Re: Angelic Orbs - Broken Memories - ver. 1.1 up!
Congrats for finishing the story - and sorry for the late reply, RealLife (TM) is keeping me busy as always. I won't give any more feedback since I've known the story for a while. I really liked the graphical overhaul, very neat. Ah, so I was too economical on the music after all? xD I tried keeping...

Re: Songs of Araiah
Very nice one, congratulations! Although I nearly wouldn't have finished it... the overly long beginning had me wondering what the point of the story was, and I was close to giving up. But when things at last started rolling, it got me hooked. Maybe some more foreshadowing early on, and a bit less o...

Re: What are your currents favourites?
Hmm, really good anime is hard to find. Here's my faves: BECK/Mongolian Chop Squad (edit: the anime as well as the manga) Twelve Kingdoms Kamichu Cat's Eye Haibane Renmei Planetes ... plus the unbeatable Urusei Yatsura, of course. Though I haven't watched all of the seasons. Yet. (Edit: Plus, movie-...

Re: Do you need ren'py to play a ren'py game?
No, you don't need to have Ren'Py installed. Quote from http://www.renpy.org/wiki/renpy/Why_Ren%27Py%3F : Ren'Py games are not dependent on any other software on these platforms. There's no need for your users to download runtimes, drivers, codecs, or anything like that. If a user has one of the sup...

Re: I feel dumb: Three-line script expects non-empty block.
Probably Ren'Py is expecting some statements after the "Init:" block. In this case you could leave out the "Init:" section altogether since it's empty.

Re: What kind of music do you listen to?
Pretty much everything except (maybe surprisingly) J-Pop, anime soundtracks, movie soundtracks. Nor rap. Mostly I like progressive rock/pop (70/80ies), 80ies pop, rock, electronica, but also classical, opera, doom metal. Ah, and nowadays chlidren's music, too.
