Okay so it probably isn't hardware or driver... Now what program is running and might be using soundcard on all three computers? Process Explorer might be useful in finding that. PyTom probably asked you this but...:
Do you have Win XP SP2 on all computers?
Did you tried disabling hw acceleration for soundcard (Start, Run, dxdiag, sound tab)?

I hadn't any problems. Tested on two computers and 3 soundcards. Both computers have Win XP pro SP1. I also tried to turn of hardware acceleration for one of soundcards.

Tried it a bit. Looks good but:
The grid is too big for me (I mean size not number of squares), size selection would be nice.
In type romanji i got ratings 60%-112% for correct answers. (And I think that after getting "Idiot" there I started getting it everywhere)

VirtualDub can make .avi from image sequence and you can easy turn it into .mpg with QuEnc.
