Been a while since I posted. Drawing more than one would think, but less than I personally like.

Re: Help with Pricing?
Did you take a look at what other artists are pricing in the recruitment forums? See what they're offering, see how they price them, think about what you want/are able to offer and whether you're able to stay on a VN project in the long term.
I will say that 5 USD is way too cheap though.

@Auro
I like the almost watercolor like quality you have with the CGing you've got going on in there. I think Art Noveau/Watercolor is a classic combo you can't go wrong with.

Re: Mimi's art thread~ Feedback and Crituque needed! ♡
Thanks. I'm trying to achieve an anime like style but the face is crappy and I can't achieve the one that I want in my mind. I guess an easier question to ask is is there a particular anime artist you want to use as a goal marker? For instance, I'm always looking at the work of Type-Moon illustrato...

Re: Starlit Flowers [GxG] [Slice of Life | Fantasy] [NaNo16]
I'll give this a play later. I'm kind of repeating myself, but the art style is very adorable and illustrative and I hope you get to do more work in the future! People tend to be hesitant about VNs without anime/manga styles, but I really hope that we can encourage more artists to branch out like th...

Re: The VN or The KN?
I play/read both. Visual and kinetic serve different purposes in my opinion. Some people want to see different branching paths, some people don't mind reading a straight up linear story (although you'd have people who would say you're better off reading a traditional novel in that case). There's qui...

FireAlpaca is basically the same thing (from the same people even I think) without the manga making capabilities. So yeah, it's good too, I hope you have fun with your digital art efforts.

Re: Tools For a Beginner
If you want to dip your toes into digital art I think a good idea to get a feel for the process before spending any money is to use a free program. Medibang Paint Pro is an art software that's for free and it's very good.
