Re: What's the hardest part about making a visual novel?

hm, for some reason, I only find hard to keep myself motivated from day one, to finishing the project, I always end up writing a bit and then going to draw some random thing or playing pokemon, or whatever... getting the music is pretty tough for me too, either I make a crappy mix by myself or use c...

"Shadow of the Colossus, 'tis not that hard to find, but it's a masterpiece I will never forget. One of the few Games that will actually make you cry." Moreso when you play Ico(i think that's the name) Ico is good, really good, it's in my top 10, but SotC is much superior. It's better WIT...

Re: Yan ken, anyone?

OOOH, I downloaded it, it was amazing... exactly what I was aiming at *is perplexed*, and what an... interesting approach into the hentai canon xD, much more innocent than I imagined with your warning. I enjoyed it a lot, and I'm guessing you wouldn't want to share the code? *asks for much*, or only...

Yan ken, anyone?

I came to a point in my current project where my main character needs to get out from a Hellgate, and needs the Succubus leader of the place to lend her a pass to show to the guard at the entrance... at first I just wrote it so the Succubus just did it for the sake of it, but that's just pretty blan...

Re: RenPSP (need *.rpy+media to test my engine)

I kinda like the idea, I might as well make a short VN in the format you're asking, but will it work 100% with the ren'py language? I take it I can't add effects too fancy? What settings exactly you need it to include?

Re: Most precious game in your collection?

^ I second that one, but then again, I do have a MOST precious of all (One to rule them all) Shadow of the Colossus, 'tis not that hard to find, but it's a masterpiece I will never forget. One of the few Games that will actually make you cry. Oh and my Vagrant Story for the PSOne, I wouldn't take a ...

Re: What is the scene that you watch (re-play) most?

Holy cow, an interesting thread. In videogames, it has to be the scene in FF Crisis Core where Sephiroth tells Zack about the days when he, Angeal and Genesis practiced together in the Shinra building simulation room, what a fight... Sephiroth is the coolest character in FF history. I recomend havin...

Re: Just for laughs, Super Ren'Py Wars

Ack! this is just too cool... I'd certainly would love to see one of my characters there... is it really alright? won't you be wanting to use more popular characters? I'm also wicked good at imagemap menues now xD, pretty much the only thing I can take care of in Ren'Py with eyes closed, as long as ...

Well, you can fight alongside Monid the Bangaa during two mark hunts, but that and the hunts with the garif and that Bansat Seeq it's as far as you get in terms of a multi-racial party.

Re: Worst or most disappointing game you ever bought

You know, perhaps I did fall too fast and too heavily for FFXII after all... I did find some spots rather slow, and the gambit system made me go through most dungeons only by holding the analog stick forward, but again, for me, the setting was what earned my heart, mostly because I ALWAYS wanted to ...
