Pretty much what everyone else said. For web-based items I use interlaced. For offline items I don't.

I used to do this stuff. Not as good as before, though. I think I have a sprite or 2 in my deviant art if you want to check it out.

I believe that this is a CG Animation Software. I do remember reading somewhere that this works with 3D (I *think* it can model), but yes, it includes pre-buit parts.

How would I go about creating a delay between two images? Specifically between two scenes, such as showing a "prologue/act" image, with a delay, and moving to the image that is used for the next scene.
