Hmm... I asked my brother to buy me the EX. O: Like... Just now. e____________e; He said 'yes'. <333 Yeah, I use Paint.NET for the sketch and the lineart. It's pretty good. Plus, it's free. x3 XD DAMN. Your brother is awesome. Though ex is probably overkill for just lineart. xD I got the pro versio...

Manga Studio comes in two forms, Debut and EX. Debut is pretty damn close to free. like, 40 bucks. :D I use EX, though, which is..far from free. I think it retails at like, 300 dollars. But I got mine really cheap. and yeah, I just..gave up on making lineart with Photoshop. xD It's too hard. Hmm......

XD Yeah, that seems to be the consensus. Thank you though :D No problem. ^ ^ What program do you use for coloring and drawing? :3 If I recall, for this one I used Manga Studio for the lines, and Photoshop for the colors/organizing the portraits. :D Manga Studio? O: Is that free? x3 I have Photoshop...
