Seems to be the hype for successful indie game is on Minecraft, it's the current dev dream to achieve this kind of popularity with a mmo sandbox indie game

The only drawback is once you got the gameplay down, it get a bit repetitive, but it's typical of Easygame station games

Not the best in term of recording lag but it record the computer screen display (unlike fraps which can't record non directx games or Gamecam), and it's open source / free.

VN can hint some philosophical, moral or scientifics though, it all depend on the writer.

Well it can be interesting if you shift the point of view in the VN, same outcome but different origins...

It's not a problem, it's like adapting a format to another and it can be done with any style (romeo+juliet, any book to movie, light novel to visual novel, book to game, game to book etc...)

The only issue is of course the copyright issue.

Too bad the story didn't follow the great gameplay in SRW OG, it's the worst spin off of the SRW if you consider it a kind of the serie (SRW is not a SRW without Mazinger in it!), the game tend also to be very repetitive especially at the end when you fight the same bosses over and over
