I've played Persona 3 Portable and 4, but I played 4 first. I actually prefer Persona 4's characters more than 3. I think because you're able to learn about them more? Also they're more appealing to me, and also I think 4 is more character driven than 3. Maybe it's just me though. But I love Persona...
