Re: Generator Jam: "Now with 100% more TV Tropes!"

This sounds like an awesome jam to take part in, at least for the deadline. Originally, I was going to go the traditional route of specifying a hard deadline. But, I didn't want to compete/interfere with any of the several jams already going on throughout the year. Plus, I figured this jam is meant...

Re: ❦ Ellaria: Cotton & Cream [comedy/fantasy/gxb/gxg] #iluj

Uh I promise it's a coincidence. I just like dark skin/light hair combinations. I haven't had time to check out that comic, but I can tell you none of the ideas or designs were influenced by it in any way. Oh, no, no! I didn't assume that it was. These two stories are as different as can be. The on...

Re: ❦ Ellaria: Cotton & Cream [comedy/fantasy/gxb/gxg] #iluj

Reading through your thread brought forth a grand moment of nostalgia. While your plot is vastly different, the sweets naming-theme and existence of elves reminded me of a comic I used to follow called Rainbow Carousel . Many ages ago... Edit: Oh, goodness! Toffee's design even reminds me of one of ...

Re: Lesser Known Titles?

The first one that comes to mind for me is a manga series I read straight through upon discovery. It's hilarious, charming, and somehow doesn't lose its appeal despite the main focus being a running gag that continues throughout the entire series. Angel Densetsu . It's about a high school student na...

Re: {Silver Crisis: The Visual Novel}

I can help you out there!
To embed a Youtube video, include only the number/letter combination at the end of the URL rather than the entire URL between the YouTube tags.

Re: {Silver Crisis: The Visual Novel}

Thank you for sharing the product of all your hard work with us! It's always great to see a new successfully completed project. Not everyone makes it this far! It would be a good idea to include some information regarding what the project is about in your opening post, to entice more people into try...

Re: Your Favourite Twist in a Story?

Personally, I think it'd be less spoilery to tag the actual twist than the name of the work. If someone is familiar with the work, they will undoubtedly be able to recognize it from the twist. Additionally, being able to see the title of the work would allow people to easily bypass games they haven'...

Welcome to the forum, Jaeiin! You've definitely come to the right place for assistance with developing your visual novel. :) It would definitely be a good idea to give the forum rules a read-over, and especially since you're posting a link to your Kickstarter. Here's the link: http://lemmasoft.renai...

Re: Taste The Grim Gaze (Working Title) - Kinetic Novel?

I have the solution to your dilemma! In order to use the Youtube function, you should put JUST the video identifier between the two tags rather than the entire URL. In other words, just the string of letters at the end. In your case: Video 1: DkL23CnmUlU Video 2: G8U_bFpfTnY As for the project itsel...

Re: Artist Found!

Thank you both for responding to my request! I'm glad the idea appeals to you; It gives me confidence that this sort of game will be something that other people will be interested in playing. You both have great art styles and I'd have been more than happy to work with either of you, but I'm current...

Artist Found!

-------------Introduction------------- (The part that can be skipped.) There comes a point in every young developer's life when you're suddenly struck with the realization that the block that's been preventing you from moving forward isn't just going to magically dissolve away. In fact, that block ...
