@Ookami SAI is affordable and has really smooth lines. If I were to depend on Photoshpop I'd still be stuck scanning linearts to paint them digitally. I use Chrome as well (updated), have a stable connection but often have the same problem. If someone knew how to fix it it would be much appreciated.
