Re: Different outfits in CGs?
Without explanation something like that would definitely be confronting. If it can't be avoided, an explanation before the scene occurs is definitely the way to go.

Re: ❀Artist for hire REOPEN (CG, sprites and character desig
I commissioned Sayuui for a bunch of CGs and the whole experience was seamless. She understood exactly what we were after without hassle (I'm notoriously bad at explaining things so this was a load of my shoulders) and the CGs were completed quickly with updates at every step. If you're on the fence...

Re: Protecting a Game in Progress: How?
As everyone has said already, you needn't fear having your ideas stolen. Most everyone here had their hand in their own projects and are already swamped with things to do, as you are probably well aware of working solo. Even if I wanted to steal someone's idea of, say, a constable in the outback try...

Re: First time watching Madoka
I'm very interested to hear your impression once you've finished the series but yes, I found it a nice change from usual mahou shoujo anime. I watched it originally to see what the hype was about, expecting the worst, but it was a lot deeper than I expected and I actually enjoyed the experience.

How do you like your Unlockables served?
My co-producer and I are at that sticky stage in development wear we have separate thoughts and ideas on how we plan to reward the player and more importantly, when we plan to reward the player. One side is in favour of the drill sergeant, you have to work for the content, approach and the other is ...

Re: Need Logo Designer (No adult content)- A WW2 VN
I love the idea behind this and it seems very promising. If you would like, in exchange for an exec producer credit, I would not mind donating a logo and other assets here and there if needed, plus a 900+ strong Facebook account to help market it.

Re: ComiPo Benefits?
Does it have a lol of accessories? For example, if I wanted to make catgirls, maids, other various standards? Even with all the addons there's not a great deal. I believe there is one set of neko ears in there and most of the ribbons are paired with the ponytails (you can add 4 different tails to e...

Re: ComiPo Benefits?
I got comipo a little while ago with all the addon packages and overall it's pretty underwhelming. It would be nice, as you said, to have more freedom than moe character 2 with hairstyle 4. I find it useful for placeholder CGs and blueprints for my artists but as far as character modelling or making...

Re: Which country do you prefer otome games to take place in
I think it would be a prefect setting for this kind of story go for it! One of these days I would like to make a VN set in my home of Western Australia. I think it would be awesome fun playing on the stereotypes that come with my Aussie badge.

Re: Most Difficult Thing About Visual Novels
I was talking to my sister about this the other day, and she said that once you produce a final product, you'll find more motivated people are likely to join you because you've proved yourself-- and suggested I write for my projects until one is finished. I'm not a writer, but I get the point-- it ...

Re: The Importance of Animations (Or lack thereof)
I believe I saw this discussed in a thread a little while ago. There were a few examples of fully animated sprites, 2d & 3d. Although a cool idea, they all seemed a bit off to me. I think, unless the animation is overly brilliant, attempting to animate them completely (especially in 3d) pushes t...

Re: Writer needed for script rewrite!
I would be very interested in taking you up on that offer. I honestly don't really know how to gauge what kind of pay I would want for that, but it would be a relatively low price. If you wish, I could send you a portion of one my written works for you to look over to see if you would be interested...
