I just played the demo and I have it say, it was beautiful. Whoever wrote the story did an awesome job because on top of the nice art, I was completely sucked into the story.

She did use her own designs, yet probably inspiration from your works and others. Even if it's similar, she is not using the same exact logo or GUI. Is that still considered ripping off of others people's work, that I'm not too sure since when you start somewhere you always learn from others/emulate...
