Re: Ahoge - an art question
Okay, you may notice that a lot of my characters have things hanging off their backs. It just looks cooler when they run.
Here they are!
I could probably change this to an art topic for me... I should probably...

Re: Ahoge - an art question
I can scrap it, it'd just a quick thing.
She's personally my favorite girl (i ended up bonding too muchwith her and overblew her story so I gotta make the others up to her standard ^///^')
I'll post the other characters later if you want.

Re: Ahoge - an art question
If I could access my internet i'd show you what I mean, but I was thinking mainly single hairs that can just be a tiny line or thick, but it's supposed to be a single hair.
I prefer the thick look than the thin line.

nagirinara wrote:Yes, I do. A few characters pull it off adorably, like Alfred Jones.
Leave it to the Hetalia fan. XD
I personally thing it can make certain girls adorable (coughnagisacough) and can give a guy a messy look without a lot of work.
They can get annoying if EVERYONE has them.

Re: Ahoge - an art question
Well one girl has two small ones, the MC has one but it's what I call a "blade ahoge" where it goes backwards and looks like a ice skate blade. (sorta)
But that's it.
Anyway, i'd like to ask if anyone likes characters with ahoge.

Re: Artist looking to work on a SMALL(ish) VN project
I have a really short VN done in story, I can take the battle part out of it and re do it in story form. It's really short. Has 4 characters (and some abomination thing) and takes place in a warehouse so not many BKGS. If you wanna do some art for it tell me and I'll pm you what you need. I'm not su...
Re: Guestbook
Ehehehe... You already probably know me already, I'm Linkdragon0, but many people call me Shoe (it's a long story...) I enjoy making visual novels, and reading them (humongous CLANNAD fan) a lot of my posts will be made through my phone, so expect me on quite a bit. I'm not a great programmer but I'...

Re: Ahoge - an art question
Okay. I was trying to find some opinions on ahoge, I guess not a lot of people put ahoge on their characters.
Also, linking to TVTropes can be a bad idea... TVTropes can ruin your life. (Is a troper.)
Anyway, thanks for the opinions, if anyone else wants to share feel free.

I can't get enought of the CLANNAD OVAs. Kyou's arc is the best.
I also enjoy watching the ending of Personas 3 and 4 because the credit music rocks and they're just so touching.

Ahoge - an art question
I've been using ahoge (idiot hairs for those of you who don't know they're they hair that sticks up like a cowleck. Konata from lucky star has one so do many other characters from various shows) for a lot of my characters recently, it seems to give them a more complete look, but is also stuck with t...
