Re: Cakey ART [critique and advices desired]
In terms of coloring, you should find a tutorial that you can try following so you can see what techniques you like working with. Color choice wise, your skin tones are very dull and grey. This can work for some styles, but right now like in the Midori sprite, the skin looks washed out and muddy. T...

If you want advice/critique: - In the first picture, it's a bit odd that the lines in the hair are colored but all the other lineart is black. Well, I don't play horrors. They are to scary for me. The thing I am afraid the most is demons and the things that seem real, overpowering you. I like when things looks logicly right. If not I just stop being interested in plot.

Well... I'll try to explain you how to draw character in motion. 1. Try to lean her at one side a little. Avoid symetry. 2. If you want motion, you have to actualy draw person in motion, for example walking. 3. Try drawing character relaxed standing/ laying/sitting. Catgirl seem unusually stiff. May...

Re: Saltome's gallery.
I think that if you would draw shape of body first and then dress it up, it would look a lot better. I do that and it helps me keep the right shape of clothes and proportions.
I reccomend using tutorials made by this guy
http://turtle-arts.deviantart.com/gallery/
if you want to improve drawing body.
