In my opinion you should try Firealpaca, as was said before, or Cloudalpaca. I personally tried both and i like Cloudalpaca a bit more thought its leaned in the manga making way.

Realistically, being a manager of a group isn't really a position. If you want to attract people, learn a useful skill, and no-one will feel like the person in charge isn't doing any work.
