Or from the launcher, just click tools, then "delete persistent."

Re: What improvements would you like to see in the VNs

Then Samu's just going to love my new project, which is a sim game about 5 allegedly teenage girls growing up on a spaceship who never seem to age any older than 8, talking about deeply profound philosophical subjects:

Look forward to it! ;)

Re: Would a plain NVL be boring?

My favourite visual novel ever is Collage, which is incredibly stylish and certainly not boring in its visual presentation, but doesn't actually feature anything more than stock photography in terms of graphics; no character's ever seen at any time. Visuals are definitely important, but it's not any...

Yes, but it kind of goes against my first recommendation too, so I haven't exactly been tripping over myself to play it yet.
If Jake's heroine isn't cute, then I don't know what is.

It's just too bad about the guy. :(

Re: What platform are your running?

You mean the Windows 7 that allows you to run only three programs at a time? Actually, you should be careful what you say. In 2008, as part of the first round of economic stimulus programs, the US government passed laws stating that the CIA could be used to encourage the take-up of American product...

Re: [NaNoRenO 2009] Sketchbook

Scout, I've been awaiting your game the most... the lint however made my heart fall since maybe it might be unfair to compare this to the epicness that was Cell Phone Love Letter. It ended up being a lot shorter than I expected it to be, for sure; especially since I cut out a couple plot threads th...

While you work that out, though, you could at least upload the distributions that are already sitting in your renpy folder to the forums. Surely that's not unreasonable?

Re: Heiress II (NaNoRenO 2009)

Uh... Mikey? Why did you make a game in Ren'Py but then not actually upload cross-platform versions?

Here, usul, and any other Linux/Mac users who can't open the EXE installer:

[NaNoRenO 2009] Sketchbook

Sketchbook: Schoolgirls in Love and Other Assorted Heartbreak sketchbook.jpg A slice-of-life melodrama that's all about the important parts of growing up: falling in love with another girl, impeaching a corrupt student council president, sex, and not colouring within the lines. Ladies and gentlemen...

Re: Do you approve swear words in a VN?

If you're using a word in place of a swear word, do you reach the point where the euphemism itself becomes a swear word? If, say, everybody said "bother" instead of *&!%, would bother itself become a swear word? You'd might think, but in English's long history of profanity, it hasn't ...

I've been slacking off for the past few days so I can work on art instead. Which is, of course, important, but... well, let's just say I don't plan thing...

The more relevant concern isn't getting famous off your OELVN, it's having someone looking you up (like a potential employer), and having said OELVN associated with your real name.
