I've only been to one con where I live (Tokyo), and I can't say it's easy to strike up a conversation with the locals. Might be easier if there are a lot of people here who go to the cons, but I don't think there are that many of us in Japan.

I have to say, I've wondered for a long time where the Japanese voice actors lurk. I know there's a lot of them, but searching online just leads to very expensive professionals or people who speak Japanese as a second language.

I chose the engine that I'm using because the basics were simple, it was flexible enough to allow more precise features, it is still being supported and has an active community.

Correct, but misleading. Each area has its own rules, but I think standard for sex is 18 years.
