@ParrotWatcher The MC can have earrings and nose piercings. Not sure about lip or brow because of how much the face can change on the relationship screen. The layers may not lie right. Cove can have earrings in Step 3 and/or Step 4, but no other type of piercings. Tattoos aren't an option for the MC...
