Give it a go if you want to. I've seen some folks here on the forum get their projects off the ground and flying. I think you may need to have a strong interest in the creation/development side though and not just in the money in order to keep your enthusiasm going.

I like the white model from your first post the best. Sometimes I think what makes something look uncanny valley is they come out looking 'too' perfect, with no mistakes whereas something 2d painted will probably have some errors in it no matter how good the artist might be. Been to Florence once and Venice about 3 times. I never felt unsafe but I didn't do anything to put myself in danger either. Venice is my favourite country to visit.

I think it can work. Only problem I see is when I'm told I'm doing some sort of action or thinking something - and I think to myself "I wouldn't be doing that in that situation based on what I know about my character". That type of thing throws me out of the immersion. [Bit like when a VN ...
