OK, so I finished the main sprites for a lot of the characters and posted them.

GAH! More shocking sprites!

So, how are you informing Zanahoria about the way you want the sprites to look? Do you just describe things to him/her or do you show him/her a rough, somewhat sketchy picture?

OK, I'm experimenting with more layers and smooth edge lines rather than hard edge lines. How would I color? Carefully select an area with the free select tool then scribble? That's almost like drawing the lines all over again several times over.

I think they'd go by last name.

Lines + Color = Ability to bucket fill, saving time. Then resizing it a bit makes the image less or more... What's the word, more smooth and blendy? And voilà! Or at least, that's the way I picture it. And I'm short of a tablet, too. D:
