Re: Bisexuality in VNs
I don't see a problem, but I think it would be wise to make sure it's obvious that it's happening. You can always flat out state that there is that possibility, just to inform people.

Re: Improvement, Critiquing Possibly?
A lot of drawing programs have a lock-line function. You use the line tool and hold shift down. Shift locks the line to fourty five degree angles, so you can make a complete straight up-down line with a mouse. This function also works with constraining sizes with selections.

Re: How Do You Keep Track of Tasks During Game Development?
I have a google drive full of documents and work and stuff. But it all comes down to keeping people working when it's with a group, so we have bimonthly google+ hangouts set up for everyone to talk about it too. I use google spreadsheets, my planner, and digital calendar.

Re: VN Opening Animation Style Question
I believe some of these things are doable on renpy. One really unique animation is that you have two images animating in different directions, so you get the feeling that there is depth between two images. I am really noob at renpy, but basically just have one character 'slide' from one direction to...

Well, the project I'm working on, Destiny Limit isn't even an otome at all. It's about a mmorpg, and the supporting characters are already a mystery since the players all have anonymous game screennames and are behind game avatars. There's no romance in it, although you do build bonds with others as...

Royalty Free Fonts or Buy Fonts? Copyright Issues?
I want to distribute my project eventually, and I'm considering all my options about the font. Best way would be to get a royalty free font, but unfortunately that's usually only legal if you're not selling the item, and that you'd have to pay a fee. Are there common free fonts that you absolutely d...

How to Critique Art CONSTRUCTIVELY
(hopefully I posted this in the right thread. I just thought it would be helpful here since there are a lot of people requesting critiques and stuff, and there's not a lot of responses for some art) This is to dedicate ways to help others out when critiquing artwork on this thread. I know not everyo...

Re: Serious Art Critiquing
all your characters are tilted. Even if their body and head is tilted, gravity would imply that at least one hand would support the waist. Try taking the entire image and tilting it towards the right. If you don't know what I'm talking about, draw a line straight down the center (from top of head to...

Re: The difference between teen and eroge rated?
There's one more 'rating' that would probably be good to add. It's not a number, but something you should say if it's needed. It's wise to always note something like 'questionable behavior' or 'language' or stuff like that, just so people will be prepared. Mostly for the teen rated ones. I'm sure mo...
