This is probably because of the resolution of the game and the amount of art assets shown on the screen at the same time, so it's possible that if you have a slower machine or modest RAM it may become too laggy. You can't hide it.
(Are you referring to the Ren'Py loading?)
But you can change it.
Just add a picture that you would like to use as a loading screen.
Then add it to the game's root folder. Then name it "android-presplash"
