Even packing them into a zip file would make it hard for me to release fixes to the Ren'Py website Ugh, true. But how about having automated packer what would archive engine things in one big file then it is a game's Release Day, like EvilDragon suggested? It is not like completed and released game...

It worked fine for me, but I tweaked my copy of Ren'Py a bit, so I want a confirmation of someone else before turning it into Coockbok recipe...

Well, if you count dating same in the lot then there is also the Sakura War franchise. now you're talking... in fact, I really wish they'd translate those games and re-port them for the PC or some console available in the US.... after all, they're doing that for some of the older Final Fantasy ones...
