I think the problem with many of these "once 2D" games, is they choose the wrong platform. For AT3, the PS3 was chosen. As it stands, you can't really get away with 2D content on the PS3, people just don't want to see it, they expect "OMFG GRAFIX!!!". Which is pretty sad all thin...
