Unless she's supposed to be a ghost, there is no color to her skin at all. You used cast shadows okay, but you have no lighting. You need to pick a light source and adjust your shading to it, the hair is just pillow shaded from the top. Also, her eyes need more color and her hand look like it's hack...

You have to remember that the structure of the male body is different from a female body unless you are looking for a more androgynous character.
