Re: Recruiment Writer osv
So... you want someone to write your game, draw the art for the game, proofread what someone else drew, and program the game.... what part of the game is your job?

Re: Tail-Tales Characters (Look this over please?)
I only use a mouse, but i do lineart with SAI which allows you to change the pressure like you would with a tablet. Drawing: looks pretty good, I don't really understand your hair lines, they don't look natural, but anime hair often doesn't. Think about how hair would lay before you draw it. I like ...

Re: Art Critique~
I like the way you colored her pupil :) although is it supposed to look like a cateyeish, the black part is a line instead of round. (I don't know the character) The curls look pretty good, they should have a little space between ringlets (here's a tutorial on curls http://buprettyinpink.deviantart....

Re: Review my boys? (Please?!)
I would like to say (if she/he hasn't run for the hills) there is a big difference between using references and stealing images. You should never use someone else's drawings, even as references because you'd be copying any mistakes they made. There are many websites with stock images to use, again n...

Re: Critique please? (Characters of Imitation Heart)
Unless she's supposed to be a ghost, there is no color to her skin at all. You used cast shadows okay, but you have no lighting. You need to pick a light source and adjust your shading to it, the hair is just pillow shaded from the top. Also, her eyes need more color and her hand look like it's hack...

You have to remember that the structure of the male body is different from a female body unless you are looking for a more androgynous character. Here's a couple tutorials on the male body I found real quick but if you look around I'm sure you can find others http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/t...

Re: Learning to draw/color... opinions needed please
Thanks for the input :) I've been planning on going back and recoloring that character, it was the first one I did and I think her skin looks way too white and I think I want to redo the skirt and fix the folds in the jacket. I really like the color scheme you added to her though, it looks much more...

Re: [will work 4 money]Character Artist Available!!
I didn't mean anything rude by it, I just think you have to know what you're doing before you can start skipping corners. It's like people who say they don't need to know anatomy because it's their "style." I'm still learning myself, but I'd be glad to talk to you, I have the same name on ...

Artist for hire / partnership
I have a project in mind that I've been working on, but when it comes to the actual programming of the game I'm clueless. I know that I'm capable of learning Ren'py if I have to, but I see a lot of people posting for artists, so I thought I'd do the opposite. I'm looking for someone to share in the ...

Re: [will work 4 money]Character Artist Available!!
I don't think anyone else has pointed this out but.... it's not a good idea on a thread where you're asking for commissions to say you don't want to put in more effort. Who wants to hire a lazy artist? I think you should put less time into trying to figure out the easiest way to do things and more o...
