I think some people might be put off by the fact that it's a different style from what we usually see here.
Personally, I simply prefer 2D art, which is why I'm hesitant to try it out.

Pretty much everything that doesn't involve unhealthy amounts of blood, bodily substances that shouldn't be involved when it comes to sex and violent rape. Or group sex.
