I've heard of the term "Circle" being used by Doujin artists. It's the first I've heard of Collective but it's good to know. I don't know about using them though - it just makes things more complicated; explaining things and remembering who's in what circle and so on.

I just want to know if it's possible and if it is, what do I have to do to make it happen? Basically, a save and load button will be available in-game at all times. There's nothing wrong with the code you posted above by itself. The only thing that comes to mind are: 1) Is the video in the folder it's supposed to be in? and 2) Is the video playable by itself outside of Ren'Py? It's not corrupted or anything like that? Do you have a movie player installed on you...

You can actually use your email for backups nowadays. The only limiting factor is how much you can upload/attach to your email. Other than that, I use what pretty much everyone has mentioned already: DVD CDs, external HDD, and flash drives.

Can you post the coding that you used?

Pretty neat! You can make a director's cut-type game or completely use that as a game play mechanic.

I prefer pieces of information to be delivered piece by piece. I don't like massive info dumps just as I'm being introduced to a story. It's just too much to take in, imo, unless it's a part of the story that is absolutely crucial that the readers should know about.
