...A playable version of the first few stanzas of Robert Browning's atmospheric fantasy poem... The art suits the story very well! -- Are you planning on continuing and doing the whole poem? I'd love to see what you'd do with the rest. Do you plan to eventually add music and atmospheric sound effec...

Re: Background move horizontal

Do you want an animation of the sky moving across the screen like the clouds are in a breeze? If so here's how to do that inside the game: image bg clouds: parallel: "./sky_tile.jpg" parallel: xpos 0 ypos 0 xanchor 0 yanchor 0 linear 5.0 xpos -1200 ypos 0 repeat # The game starts here. lab...

SOON (Scifi/Humour)

This game is finished, I'm just looking for testers to catch any little bugs I've missed. Other sorts of feedback are of course also appreciated, even if they don't make it into this game they'll help me improve in general. http://i863.photobucket.com/albums/ab192/sqbr/Screenshots/SOON-screen_zps583...

Re: Getting started and "common" mistakes in Renpy

Re: How to test run partial part of game - certain script on

Re: Quick question about point-based systems

I'll have a go at untangling it as a challenge to myself... $ stat_list = [stat1_points, stat2_points, stat3_points, ...] jump expression ("disscussstat" + "and".join([str(y+1) for (x,y) in sorted(zip([-x for x in stat_list], range(10)))[:2]])) So, we want to: Create a list stat_...

Re: Getting started and "common" mistakes in Renpy

show image loadscreen with fade show image irisb at right I'm not sure this is the right place but I'll answer your question anyway ;) You don't need those "image"s. The "image" command is used to define images, not show them. You should just say show loadscreen with fade show i...
