I don't think I would suggest this for someone who is just a bit curious about yaoi. It sounds a bit hardcore to me, and even if it isn't, then it's probably too rough for some newbies. You might be completely turned-off the idea of whatever this game is about and assume that all yaoi or BL or male/...

It depends. For my writing, I use my real name.
If it was something a bit iffy on the rating scale, I might still use my name.
But, if it was all out Abdiel, I'd use a pseudonym.
