Re: Retro Demakes - ever heard of them? Want to make some?
I was actually thinking of doing that a couple days ago. I am a fan of pixel art, I'd love to see something like this.

Re: Ren'ai-style games for mobile devices
You're not missing much if you don't have an itouch. Pinky's distortion was terrible - none of the characters are very likable. The female lead's just being thrown around by other people's whims and being mad about being forced in situation that is obviously beneficial for her . There's no reason fo...

@LinWest A written one too if I wrote it on the forums or email, but they're harder to prove in court because they're not as recognized. Generally to make them more recognized you would do something like get it notarized, and have some witnesses. Which means you'd sign it in front of a licensed thi...

The Illustrated Man By Ray Bradbury Nightrunner Series By Lynn Flewelling House of Leaves By Mark Z. Danielewski Just a few good ones. As for manga... I haven't read too many good manga lately, and I spend most of my time reading nonfiction. Most of the stuff I read are things that I've been followi...

Most of the time I just agree on a price with a commissioner, and I haven't had any problems... yet. What would an official online contract look like? Or is just having them say how much they'll pay you and the terms in say, an email, count as an official contract?

So, I should probably sign this. I'm Lin West, residing in the US. My DevArt Amphoterik - My Project Website Cannot thank PyTom enough for making Ren'py. It makes the coding process so much easier, which is much needed when it takes so much time to do everything else involved with making a visual no...

Congrats!!! Now who's dateable from the list? Hmmmm :) Welllllll ... Looks like Faust, Wizz, Seth, and Collin. Okay, so all of the boys except Alessandro (which is cool in my books). Maybe even one of the girls. :O I know! I'm such a filthy liar about one romance! OMG Basically all the boys, maybe ...

Re: A Writer's Dillemma
I figure out what's going to happen by writing a sum-up of all the paths. It ends up looking like something in this format. Of course, usually if I'm writing an actual summary its more detailed, but I'm just thinking of something obvious to use for an example since I don't want to use my person summ...

<3<3<3 Practicing with Animamundi eh? (A nice voice indeed.) In the beginning its a bit soft and unsure and tends to fall a little flat or sharp. However at the louder build up it sounds much nicer. It still falls flat a couple times but the confidence makes it sound better. However, that particular...

Re: Help! Teens Are Using Digital Drugs to Get High
Binaural Beats and isochronic tones are the "digital drugs." Basically, its a sound you listen to on headphones. Two different frequencies played in each ear, and the difference of the frequencies is what you here. And then... "This binaural beat is not heard in the ordinary sense of ...

Re: Character Sprite Maker -- Taking Outfit/Hair requests
@otome fan: I'll be releasing it as a flash game, so all you have to do is printscreen and it'll be yours. @meems: we'll see what happens. I still have to do the boy one after this. I would like to do a winter version though. Currently I'm sitting and waiting for my coding friend to finish it... the...

Re: [Critique Please] Horror game art style; also need BETAS
I think the points that had been made about that particular looser style not fitting a horror game is completely correct. I'd go with the clean version. You express you don't want vector-colored art for the sprites, which I completely agree with. However, I feel the first is not really all that cell...
