Re: Anyone Interested in Online RPing?

Of course there will be plot. There will be plot everywhere. We'll be drowning in plot. We should probably settle on a genre first though. I don't know what kinds of things people will like here. The genres are usually about the same as they are for books/shows/movies/etc., but I'll make a list of t...

Anyone Interested in Online RPing?

I don't mean online ERPing. This isn't the hentai section. That aside, this seems like the sort of group of people who would be interested in some sort of online RPing, due to the number of writers here, and the character based nature of VNs in general. I've been kind of craving it lately due to a r...

Re: Art Dumpage! Show your art ^^

Dobuchu: Your drawing style is adorable. It's pretty typical anime, but I can't help but like the way you did the eyes. They're nice and simplistic. When colored, you you usually wind up putting lots of detail in them, or just keeping it solid? blankd: That's just plain cool. I love the way you did ...

Re: Fantasia, Requiem of The Abyss (Demo 1st page)

I'm sorry about taking so long when I promised a quick proofread. I've had a long, stressful week, and the script was a bit longer than I expected. I'll try to get it finished by the end of this week though, if I can.

Re: Errant Heart - Arrival at San Moritz

Sorry about not getting back to you on this for a while. I've had an unexpectedly stressful week. Sadly, now it seems like most people have already said what needs to be said. I have very little to add. I do have to say that I do like the changed pace now. It's a lot easier for me to stay interested...

Alright! (takes out a magnet a string) Now to find the criminal. Don't get the wrong impression, you're writing isn't bad I'm just one of those people who like to nit pick on certain things. Believe me i've seen some bad writing in my time. I also just really enjoy heavily descriptive writing. : P ...

Re: Your most favorite obscure game?

Shin Megami Tensei in general, but specifically the ones that are NOT Persona. Persona's great, but what about Digital Devil Saga (which I personally consider to be the best in the series out of the games that have been released in America) and Nocturne? Maybe I'm nitpicking but whenever I mention ...

Re: Welcome

Woah, woah. Holy crap. You guys are the people who made Van Von Hunter? I had no idea. I absolutely love your stuff. I feel extremely honored to be able to help you with this. Not that I wasn't before. This is just a nice, added bonus. Also, this is pretty much completely unrelated, but I was actual...

Re: Looking for Someone to do Writing Critique

Hurray!! : D I think this thread is quite interesting as well.. just as someone previously stated above. Hmm... two missing editors. Are you sure you're script didn't eat them alive in all of its horrific suspence? Ha ha... anyways I sent you a few e-mails concerning my critiques. I hope you'll fin...

Re: >Artistic Works Circum-Critique Thread

Sorry for the delayed response to this again. @_@ In the end my sister, who's much better at making backgrounds than I am, offered to take up the wok for me, which I'm really grateful for. I'll still take all of this advice to mind though for later practice. Thanks. Anyways, I feel bad spamming this...

Re: Looking for Someone to do Writing Critique

To me, this is quite an interesting thread. Many people reading the script, some correcting, some disappearing. I'm curious of what your script is about and look forward to its public release. Honestly, I have no idea why this thread is so popular, or why the other two disappeared. My first post wa...

Re: Looking for Someone to do Writing Critique

Dark, modern fantasy/psychological thriller sounds like my cup of tea. Please send me something to read if you like. ; ) I'm working on my Creative Writing degree in college so I may be able to help you out some. That also means it'll take me some time to read through though since I'm busy with sch...

Depicting Murder Scenes

I'm mostly referring to drawing here, but writing tips are always nice too. I know the most common way of handling murder scene images in VNs is to just show a black screen with a splash of blood on it, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas for more creative ways of showing them. Examp...

This is shaping up to a good game! I like how the characters interact, and can tell not is all as it seems to be =)
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I responded with a few more scripts, along with some character sketches.
