Re: What would you like to see in anime?

I'd like more romantic anime that isn't mindless dribble about useless females and too-hot-for-her-guys having sex. Like the Fruits Basket manga. I was crazy-excited when the anime came out, but it just sucked.

Re: What do you hate about Japan?

Whaling. The things they've done to other countries in the past (i.e. China in WWII). But the, that's only history, so I can't blame modern Japan for that. Also, the lack of VN exports.

Re: Animes you just can't stand

Don't get me wrong; I love Inu-Yasha. The plot is interesting, the action is great fun, and there are a number of sexy demon boys, which is a plus. But it's also one of those anime/manga series where you just want the main love interest to go fall off of a cliff. Maybe it's because I see my own fail...

Re: Yuri / School VN

Ooh, a yuri game! I'm excited! I'd love to help with writing, though I'm not sure exactly what you want to entail with the yuri bits. (As some people before me have said, is the mood going to be more sexual or lovey-dovey? I can do the latter, but I'm not too sure about the former...)

That was creepy. XD I really like the dialogue; it unfolds so well despite being so short. I think I'll have nightmares of that guy tilting his head at me. O-O

Re: Your most favorite obscure game?

I'm really disappointed that no one's mentioned Psychonauts yet. So here it is: Psychonauts. "I am the Milkman. My milk is delicious," is just as quote-able as "The cake is a lie," if you ask me.

Re: What is the scene that you watch (re-play) most?

Remember in Death Note, when L kicked Light in the face? I've watched that scene about a thousand times, and it fails to get any less satisfying/sexy.

Re: The Ultimate Character Template

Ahh, this is very useful. I have a template I use for story/RP characters, but this is a lot more applicable to VN characters. Thanks for posting!

Re: Animes you just can't stand

Most of my least favorite anime series are just results of terribly-mangled animated version of my favorite manga series--like FullMetal Alchemist, Inu-Yasha (Shut up, Kagome. Just when I thought you couldn't get any more annoying, they hired the actress for the English IY dub...), and Fruits Basket...

Re: Silent Hill - Shattered Memories

Ah, I looove SH:SM! Having never played a Silent Hill game before, I have to say I am now really interested in the series. My favorite bits were most likely the big twist at the end (Sobbed like a baby) and the idea that, while creepy monsters chasing you down were a part of the presentation, some o...

Re: Hierofanía... is in dire need of proofreaders

Proofreading, you ask? 'Tis my specialty! If only I could apply the same insight to my own writing. -_-;;

I'd be glad to help. In addition to tips on your writing style, characterization, etc. etc., I'm a bit of a grammar nazi, and could help you out in that field as well.
