Re: Graph's Art Commissions / Free Sketches
Non of your sprites have legs can my character's sprite have legs. Excuse me for butting in, but I'm starting to find your attitude on this board to be a bit disconcerting. Even disregarding the obvious rudeness of the comment, it's not even true. ALL of her sprites seem to have legs, even if they'...

Re: Graph's Art Commissions / Free Sketches
Thanks!
You can post the sketch if you'd like. The description includes some information about my current project that I'm not quite ready to make public, and I didn't want to clutter up the thread, anyhow.

Re: Beast: Suspense in Need of Background Artist
Just a bit of an update to say that I do believe I've managed to locate a concept artist!
However, the background artist position is still WIDE open.

Beast: Suspense in Need of Background Artist
This project arose from an English assignment that has something to do with tying an actual experience into some sort of research. What better topic to discuss than independent game design and visual novels?! Unfortunately, it's never quite that simple: in addition to a five to seven page essay, my ...

Re: Sweet love!(GxB)
I feel compelled to point out the fact that a romance novelist by the name of Yuki is a character (a main character, in fact) in a rather well-known anime/manga by the name of Gravitation.
I can't help but think that people will make that connection.

Re: [April Fools] 6.12.1: 3D Support
well, at least with the no-glasses 3D technology became possible to code a realistic WWI/WWII Naval simulation, and I'm not joking or fooling anyone, see below: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coincidenc ... ngefinders I only read a (very) small bit of the article, but from what I gathered, it relies o...

Re: Currently Airing Anime
i dunno but, are you trying to ask about if there were currently new animes airing around? or are you trying to ask about the recent episode of X? Cause the thread's title and your post are totally unrelated in my point of view. It seems to me that the thread creator is offering up a place for peop...

Re: Dramatic cliches
For instance an athlete father that gets in a car accident and he can no longer continue his career and dreams so he pushes his child to take part in athletics so he can live vicariously through him and strains their relationship because of it. In my opinion, this has also been done to death. Speci...

Re: For The Morning Sun
Admittedly, in my eagerness to discover just what 'innovations' and 'unparalleled interactivity' this visual novel offered, I scrolled rather quickly through the game. I have to say, though, that the only thing I noticed was a large number of choices. Didn't seem particularly innovative, but perhaps...

Re: Recruiting Character Artist for Dark Fantasy/Mystery
Forgive me for the terribly late reply; I've been without computer access for the past few days. The purpose of the example I gave is simply to give an idea of what was meant by 'semi-realism with an anime feel'. Neither the coloring nor the lineart (or lack thereof) style utilized in that illustrat...

Re: Recruiting Character Artist for Dark Fantasy/Mystery
Unfortunately, your style isn't quite what I'm looking for for this project.
I will say, though, that it will not be necessary for the character artist to actually color the sprites.
Lineart only.
