The original coder has fixed this, it was indeed a complex problem of call out of context and jumps. Sorry you can delete this thread if you want (in the end was my fault )

In my case it seems was due to a renpy.call_out_of_context in the end, but it was still a strange behaviour

I got a strange super-weird behavior I've never seen in any game before, so was wondering if anyone had any clue about this: I have this match3 engine I got coded and seems to work fine. After the game ends, I jump to a label. Then there's a normal renpy text for the story. If I save in that point, ...

For that you'd need to ask Pytom (Ren'Py main coder).

If you're on a Mac, then it can happen. On Windows everything works without problems.
