I am in favour of this style over the last one with the round buttons. Even with the same text as the original website, it is much more professional and yet, keeps a very simple style.

I think the Discover, Download & Run, Learn & Create and Discuss could use a background image.

I think wiki would be good enough as long as there's some sort of search facility. CHM seems good too, but definatly have a HTML alternative for ppl who lack the software or don't want to download extra software.

I would say, write whatever you have on your mind that you would think would come together as a good story for people to play and don't worry about the other details. Your game will be thoughtless if you don't put any thought into it.

If the photograph is targeted at specifically at a person, unless you are taking it in a way that compromises that persons privacy, then it is still legal to take the photograph.
