Re: 12 Days of Christmas: Interviews with VN Characters
Your art-style reminds me of a time before time, when machines spoke a strange version of machine code. Whats your source of inspiration?

Re: What was your first VN made like?
A short story; with crude language, violence, death, an insanely idiotic player character, and a love interest with the power to end the world with a snap of her fingers.

I guess I'd use whatever pseudonym I use at the moment.

Re: Help needed for Copyright Issues with my game
I think using copyright characters in your games is okay as long as you don't make any money from it. And yeah, you can declare usage of Nintendo resources under fair use (parody) law.

Re: Paying Underaged Writers?
You're not doing anything that under-aged writers aren't supposed to legally do, so you should be fine. It's no different from paying a kid to mow your lawn or shovel some snow. I could be wrong, though. The world's become more of a nanny-state that I remember. The question is; how will the recipien...

Re: Copyright?
As long as you don't earn anything from it, and credit the original authors properly (Inspired by XXXXXXXYYYYYX, by ZZZZZZ), you can do whatever you like with it. That's what I think.

Re: Animated Cutscenes in a Visual Novel?

The dialog goes like this. [Conversation] [Conversation] [Conversation] [Movie cut scene] [the standard shuttle launch...

Ah, my fated foe, we meet again. En garde, Writer's block! Draw your blade and duel with honor! - To me, burnout happens when a combination of sleeplessness, tiredness, low motivation and overwork hits home. I usually sleep, eat and maybe spend some time in the virtual world to 'recharge mah imagina...

Re: Teamwork... does it work?
Believe in your skill. If you don't, who will? Remain confident and remember; no matter what happens, you will always feel rising pride when you look back on your work. That's step 1. A team with lousy communication and coordination is worse than a lone-wolf operator. Remember to have open communica...

Space Opera, huh? How do you plan to handle cutscenes, and action scenes?. Animation, off-game video, or in-game dialogue?
