I think the current ATL is pretty easy to work with; unlike GUI, I'm unlikely to run into a problem there that can't be fixed with a quick trip to the Q&A board. But it does take a lot of time to position and size things just right, and visualizing the scene itself is always an interesting chall...

That... definitely doesn't sound normal, yeah. If you make a build of your game without archiving the files, where is most of size coming from? Images, music, sounds...?

I realize the additive blending feature of Ren'py is very new, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's not this flexible yet, but I'm wondering just in case. What I wanted to do is have a Composite image that allows some layers to be Additive, while some are not. Or even just using this to create a layer...
