Imagemap Layouts

I've been trying to change the look of my current project (the first one) and I have stumbled upon the rather complex subject of menu customization. Of course, the first thing I did was to check the reference manual, and I found out about imagemaps. So, I took the example code in the ref manual and ...

Re: The main menu and animation

Oh, I tried my hand at imagemaps and it didn't go well. xD I think I will open that thread, yes. Maybe someone can share a code that's proven to work.

Re: "End of line expected" Error message

Problem solved! Thanks a bunch, Aleema! I did as you suggested and ...it still didn't work. xD Since the fairy was already there before anything happened, it didn't matter the order of the statements, she stood behind everything. But what you said gave me the right idea. I had to use this cheesy alt...

Re: "End of line expected" Error message

Thank you very much! I took away the behind qualifier and it went ok, but I still need to put that image behind the other one = =', any trick to make that happen?

Re: Ren'Py and Sizes

Not that I'm an expert, but I use sprites around 50 - 100 pixels bellow the max height, i.e. 500 pxls high for 800 x 600 games. also, count on the transparent background of the png you're using. And if your sprites are already made and you don't want to edit them, you can always change the window to...

"End of line expected" Error message

I'm hard at work with my current project, I just started to learn to use Ren'Py and now that I need to add a bit more complex stuff, I got this error message. I can't see what's wrong with my statement, so I was wondering if anyone could explain to me what exactly I'm missing here? :? these are the ...

Re: Deji's Resources - something new for a change, lol

ARGH! I know it's been a while, but Deji just rules... I ish shocked and amazed. I bow before your awesomeness. *bows* EDIT: teh heh, I edited it a teensy bit and now Celeste transformed into Carrie, my freckled wonder. A VN with her as the main character should make for a nice Bday present, and it'...
