The classic answer is WinRAR, but it'll start insisting you buy it after a while. A free alternative - which can unpack RAR files but not create them - is 7-Zip. There's undoubtedly others.

Location : France,
Language : French, but i'm working on my English
Website : have not
how i kill the time : anime, some manga, surf, im curious, i jump on the web like a bee.
Comments : i played on the visual novel "Fading Hearts" (i discover this type of game for the first time) and looked for a Fr translation in his folder and found the extension .rpy, "what is that?", so i googled it, and jumped on the Ren'Py website, downloaded it, tryed it, and.. wow, nice! Easy to use really funny!
I did the translation En->Fr and now i was looking to put Notepad++ for editing my scripts in Ren'Py. I worked on it (im not dev) so i look's to post it here.

Comments: well i'm in loved with games like Policenauts, Disgaea Infinite, Three Sister Story (Despite being "only a hentai" i found it more involving than many other games) and i think Visual Novels can be a growing gamesector even in the west, so when i discovered Ren'Py i found myself thrilled, and I plan to experimenting on it
