Re: Guestbook
Umm, hello... I'm new and a little shy, but I hope the people here will treat me well.
My name... Well I don't like sharing my real name, so just call me either Bananabelle or Sakura.
As much as I'd like to say I live on Mars, truth be told I live on earth.
My website is bananabelleproductions.weebly.com though I wish I could get rid of the ".weebly" part, I just don't have the money.
Finally, I'm really happy to be starting here because this place has so many games! All the people here to challenged visual novel making have encouraged me to give it a try as well.

Re: Guestbook
Been here for a couple of days already but better to sign the guest book late than never!
Hey guys!
Most people call me Kato or Kat, so let's go with that! I'm 22 in Western Australia and do tradie work (light motor mechanics). I often have far too much time on my hands and, since I've been graced with a love of Japanese culture I have been steadily learning the language, making small RPG games and watching far too much anime.
I'm an amateur writer, specializing in plot dev more than anything, and have written a number of short stories littered about the place (mostly fantasy themed). My attraction to writing has led to a partnership with another fantastic writer, who makes me look like a grade-schooler, in our first collaborative VN project code named 'Rinkai'.
Everyone has already been a fantastic help on the forums and I've met a bunch of incredible artists already. I look forward to being apart of the community as our project develops and after it's completion.

Re: Guestbook
Hey there, im new. I am not that good with words and can be very blunt at times so forgive me if im rude. I'm a programmer by nature but i try to do a bit of art and story as well. I'm here hoping that I can learn from everyone and become a better programmer and to make a few VN's along the way.

Hey guys /o/
I was lurking in this forum since a few weeks back, and I really enjoyed the games on here.
Call me Tiffany/ Fernetta (nickname) if you like. Not gonna reveal my true age but I'm from Singapore e u e'
Oh, and I'm an art student too. I'm more than willing to help with artworks. A bit of warning though, I'm not really good at scenery/ background drawing yet. Other than that, feel free to ask! (@ ' v ' @)/
Currently nursing a VN idea ahahaha- haven't tried making one before but I'm really curious, so, feed me some tips and I'll love you <3

Just wanted to say hello!
Hello everybody!
I thought this was the most appropriate place to post my warm greetings to everyone in the forums! I'm a big fan of story telling and visual novels, and I only made this account about an hour ago after wanting to get into the creative aspect of the things I love most, art, animation, and story telling!
Anyway, I want to take the time to say "Hi everyone!" and to thank the Ren Py development team for creating such an amazing (FREE!) program with a very awesome community from around the globe, you guys bring people together, and that's awesome!
I feel privileged to be a part of this amazing, active, and very talented community of artists, programmers, musicians and writers!
Thanks you for this opportunity, time to get to work and have my story told (or help in creating amazing stories)!
Alright, have a great day everyone!

Welcome!
I've only recently signed up to the forum myself and already everyone has been incredibly helpful so don't hesitate to ask if you need any help or advice for anything (although personally my knowledge is pretty limited at the moment).

Hello everyone, newbie here.
I am glad to find such a well-developed game engine;
hope I'll have the perseverance to complete a game this time...
Oh and by the way, is there any way to show Chinese characters in the script?
I can edit them in the .rpy file but only boxes were shown in the game.
