Opinion on Lemma Soft: Seems like a very good site!

Currently I'm working on my own Visual Novel, which I will also post here in the coming days. And aside from that, I just want to get to know the people around here, and have some interesting conversations.

Name - Call me "Mark"
Location - My room (or as my parents like to call it, "the basement")
Website - None, I guess
Comments about Lemma Soft - It seems like a pretty good community. I like it.
Things you should know about me - I'm a lazy teenage boy who spends his days playing games, exploring the internet, and watching anime until 2 am (at the earliest). I want to try creating VNs but I can't program one, draw art for it, or compose music to save my life. Just to give you an idea of how lazy and useless I am when it comes to these things, I've actually once contemplated on making a visual novel in the POV of a blind person. So, yeah, expect some pretty mediocre stuff coming from me if I ever do release something. (P.S. I was wondering if it's okay for me to post my VNs here since I use a different software from the Ren'Py engine. I use a software called 'Novelty' to make my VNs since, for me, it's a bit easier to use and it's what I'm used to using)

Hi, Eklipse69. Yes, it's okay to post your games here. This is not a Ren'Py only site, as you will see. You will even find some Novelty information here: viewforum.php?f=57
Welcome, and have fun.

Hi, mori. Welcome! Surely we would like to see your work when it's finished. I hope you'll find many friends here, and have fun too.

Comments - Good engine, especially for it's purpose. I see Ren'Py as the next step forward when presenting books/novels to the modern technology culture. You can read books on software like Kindle, but when using Ren'Py, you could make action comic books with game-style interaction. Kudos to the developers of Ren'Py for providing the tools needed to get out great stories by the indie development community.
Things you should know - The "Website" provided above use to be a normal website (presenting frameworks, libraries, Unreal Engine related software/source/UDK/etc.) but I had replaced it with an HTML5 game. Feel free to play.
I also have an old demo of a UE4 game available to play that is attempting to release for this Halloween at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v8vj0nokt4mox ... ve.0.2.exe - entirely my development and sounds/music purchased. VR available.

I was hired to start using Ren'Py to create the interface/GUI work which I've shared here in the WIP forums: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=39696
Still a learning process, had to spend more time designing the GUI instead of having the time to learn Python, and then Ren'Py. A very interesting programming journey for me and I've enjoyed it. I want to learn more about the capabilities of Ren'Py and the stories that can be created with the tools.

If anyone is into DC/Marvel style comics back from the 90's, have talent from those inspirations, wouldn't mind experimenting with me, please send me an email or Skype.

Thanks fellow developers!

Comments: Hello I'm Cidra or you can call me Crono. I've finished a few Visual novels (like LB, Higurashi, Symphonic Rain, Ever17) and really enjoyed them so I'm here to find like minded people who loves them as much as I do. I want to find some friends who share the same passions as me and I really want to try my hands at collaborating with others and creating a great story with the people here on this website. I'm a writer at heart and always will be.

Things you should know:
- I am a pro at RPG Maker (2003,VX and ACE) with 12 years experience combined and I am currently making a pet project that is a visual novel.
- I am planning to buy art for my game later down the road. I do projects for fun and not just for money.
- I'm thinking of placing a demo here when the time comes. So please enjoy if I do!
- Please PM me if you have a project you think I will enjoy or maybe help you work on!
