haha, the art was was pretty rushed, but I'm happy you liked it.
I really enjoyed playing through Fantasia series; it was among the first VNs I played (third or fourth, I think). It helped me want to make VNs of my own. I thought it would be nice to pay a small tribute. Looking forward to seeing your new VN, by the way.

I probably would have downloaded this game were it not for the fact that gameplay is apparently based on lemmasoft trivia. Damn, it sounded like a really cool premise, too…

P.S. Oh, but you did give me an idea for a VN… A riddle-based VN! :O Ya know, like WeffRiddles!

This was a super cute game overall, and an interesting game mechanic. I got the Kansas ending first. \o/

The game was really intended to be a scavenger hunt that would take you around the boards for the answers that you didn't know. You might still make it.

Yep, Back in Kansas is the best.
Try getting the worst ending; that's the second best(even if it's the worst), in my opinion.

To both:
He's a spider. He goes around in a cloak because he's technically not an insect, but an arachnid, yet he has an insect-like habit; the quiz game. It's not proper for spiders to indulge in such a frivolous hobby.

Yay! I think I managed to get it, it's the broom ending thingy, right?

Oh I see! I dunno why, but I thought that he was a cockroach.

haha, yep, the broom ending was the worst. ^_^

He does give off a cockroach-y vibe, huh? If I didn't write it, I'd probably think so too. I considered having a cockroach in the story, initially, but I dislike them myself, so it ended being mysterious-san.

Very cute game. It was quite charming and a fun playthrough! I did find the questions a bit hard to read due to the color, though. I don't know much about Renpy, but somehow all of my guesses were lucky.

One line that did confuse me a bit:

"Mandy: It's now or never."
"Jake: Me neither. I wonder where Andy is?"

It was such a charming game, the Kansas ending made me smile. I can't believe you actually thought so much on the Mysterious Insect too; I'm glad I went through reading the posts to find out that little tidbit. Thank you for making it!

It's because you had such original concept as a plot line.

I enjoyed this game. I must admit, it was a little cheesy, but in a Disney Channel Original Movie way that I loved. My only real problems with it were Mandy's neutral expression, which was a vaguely pleased smile. She had that small smile on even when saying "This was so unfair! What did we do to deserve this?" The drawings are good, too, but you have room for improvement when it comes to coloring. Try defining a light source before shading, as a guide, and working on making your colors feel synchronized, perhaps? The colors felt clashy but, then again, even clashing colors can look unified with great shading.

Oh wow. That sounds interesting. And the art seems reaaaally good~ I'm gonna give it a shot, downloading now. Will tell you what I'm thinking after I play through! <3

EDIT: I'm playing it right now, and I must say it's really cute!

There are several minor details you would probably want to check:

I noticed a typo in one of Andy Ant's lines - you've written "worried" instead of "worries"

I would also say that Jake's blush is a bit too bright and purple. XD

In Mysterious Bug's speech, he says: "the first question is word a..." and it has to be "worth".

Also, I noticed this two times so far: It should be "if you'd like".

Hm... In the beginning of Day Four, Mandy says "It's now or never," and Jake replies "Me neither."

But that's about it. All in all, I loved the game! Cool art, interesting story and sweet characters! Way to go, and keep on making VNs! <3
