The bug caused by some code I added at init unit. The game won't read it if you don't restart it once. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the patch! I was able to get the True Ending!

Here are my thoughts on the True Ending:

I liked it. Very, very twisted! The evil endings were twisted enough, but the True Ending really brings out the darker sides of the doctor, the best friend, and the ex-boyfriend. Even Marin has a dark side, even though she's the most pitiable character in the VN. If I was in her shoes, I wouldn't have been able to rest at all. I thought it was interesting that in the end, it looked as though she was able to get her revenge.

Overall, you were right that romance is only the secondary part of the real story of this VN. The real story revolves around putting together all the pieces of a puzzle in order to find out the truth of what happened to Marin.

I still love Sui as a favourite character.

Thanks for creating the VN! I would definitely enjoy playing VNs with stories connected to Cafe 0.

Without using the patch, you can get the true end by:
get 4 items >> restart the game (quit once and start it again)
Then play as normal.


How to use the patch: open the zip file game.zip, add all four files and overwrite the ones in the Game Folder in the Cafe 0 folder

Thanks! I slightly change my drawing style to fit the nuance of the game, and this is the first time I use original/semi-original background. The cafe, sea, room, and ship is original (by using some reference), and the school is traced from photo and redrawed later. Hope they fits well. ><

Thanks for like this kind of VN. I was a bit worried since this is kinda new, and semi-otome. I've been thinking many times that the game might sell better if I made it as otome, but it will destroy the story I've planned. And I'm so glad you like the feature "change your appearance by your choice". It was my idea to combine dress-up game with visual novel's story with unique ways.

I've bought "CAFE 0" yesterday, played it 2 times (bad end).... And I'm in love with the game. I like .... atmosphere created by the art, the music and ... the storyline.
But I don't understand... How can Marin know about Tooru? She doesn't remember anything, but knows that Tooru is her ex-boyfriend....

I just downloaded the patch, but in the middle of the game is some kind of error.. So i don't see imgs, only the writing.

About the rumor, Marin, since she can't really remember it, she just keeps wonder about it. Sorry for not explaining it in detail. I got problem in arranging the story's branches.

Can you tell me how did you get the issue? Like in which scene, or which sentence is displayed? About the walkthrough, the game is actually fairly simple.
Save when you've been asked to select something then:
To get Tooru or Shou good end>>

Just choice the selection which will give you white butterfly animation

To get Tooru or Shou evil end>>

Just choice the selection which will give you black butterfly animation

To get True Route>>

Get Tooru and Shou's Good and Evil Ending first, then go to Ami, and show her 4 items continuously.

Since the port background is only available on the full version....

I removed the patch from my website, since I already sent it to some person that bought and if anyone still haven't got it they can email me. Also, if you buy at BMT Micro you just need to re-download.
