Once again, Cyanide Tea gets recognition elsewhere!

Looks like RisAmo really made people watch for other titles from your team. Congrats!

Just finished this game (I'm marathoning a bunch of VNs this summer thank you free time). A+ on visuals, interface, and story. I honestly have no complaints for this game aside from what I put in the survey and anything I do have is just because this game is short. I have to say though, look at the GUI makes me really want to crack down and try to make one myself despite being terrible at it.

I've just finished it ! Amazing story, original art and interfaces ! Good job !
But it's too short ! :D

One thing that disturb me is...
...why did Elena kill David ??? *SCREAM
David is my fav chara lololol. I thought he will make deeper relationship with Elena despite the fact that Elena is...*you know what* The story ended up so quickly !

I think that's entirely up to interpretation, as we're never actually told if it happens. But for me it was the only reasonable outcome, hah.

Oh yeah. The Elevator has been translated into French by the lovely people at Kawa-Soft and is being sold at conventions in France. While the game is free the cost is to cover the printing, booth and translation.

It's a benefit when it comes to printing stuff to be a graphic designer XD

@Clua, It is pretty cool. And working with translations presetn unique problems. It wasn't until near the end of the cover we sat back and were 'Hey... the screenshot are in English...' XD But it was a lot of fun.

@NoJoker, I'm pretty sure it's almost ready, just some menu work to do :) Hopefully it will be released soon!
Yeah, it's done now and available on site! Thank you so much for your work NoJoker :D

Catching up on our topics, orz... I'm sorry for taking so long and being such a scatterbrain! @_@ We really appreciate all the comments on The Elevator and are certainly taking the criticisms to heart. I'm so touched that people were able to relate to the story and characters. I was really worried about writing David, but his characterization ended up being the part most people liked. XD Drake, I'm personally flattered that you expect more out of me. Thanks so much for leaving a detailed critique! I'll do my best to live up to your expectations better the next time around. <3

Though I did get an A+ on this (we did The Elevator as my final project in my sci-fi/fantasy literature course last semester), so that's really the most important thing, yeah? 8Db

Regarding the ending: I think that whatever you, as the player, think happens is what happened. I realize that might be frustrating, but I believe that the outcome of the story really depends on how you interpret David and Elena's relationship... So since there are different interpretations, there have to be different possible endings.
