Now that is an awesome trailer. If I didn't already own the game, I'd buy it again! The map border made a great framing device.
The voice-over actor reminds me a bit of the narrator from the Stanley Parables, though it could just be the style of narration. The slightly-mocking satirical angle suits the game well. Since I did so many of my playthroughs on the beta version doing testing, I had a lot of fun going through the game with the final graphics doing just what the trailer was showing - killing Elodie in as many ways as possible on purpose to see the hilarious chibis.
Great job. Seriously, that is an outstandingly well done trailer. Top notch professional in my book.

Good thing someone awesome helped out with the map! (hint hint other readers should shower LWR with rose petals - uh, unless you hate roses)
All in all the campaign has been going a lot better than I feared it would. We may never get through, but we still might, and in any case this trailer was tons of fun and I'm glad we got it done. I didn't hire the voice actor myself, I went through a contact who Knew People and got folks to send in audition samples from which we picked the most appropriate tone.

I'm happy you've managed to get a lot of use out of it. Long Live the Queen addicted me something awful, even in its picture-light beta form. I just had to make that map to keep everything straight for myself!

Don't look now, but it's doing even better. Your new trailer just snagged you a positive article on Kotaku's front page by Kirk Hamilton. Congrats. I hope this provides a big bump to the Steam Greenlight votes and to your sales in general.
The new trailer looks much better, and surely that Kotaku article will bring a lot of GL votes (sales not really, from what I know). GL is still roulette but seems that with this move you could get a big push
Which still doesn't put us in the top 100 but we continue to rise. (Every time someone comments 'Why isn't this greenlit yet?' I am forced to imagine just how hard everyone else is fighting for all their games as well...)
quick note since people may ask - GOG purchases will get the new bonus content when it comes out of beta, so don't worry about missing anything there. But since GOG doesn't do license keys, if you buy from there you can't download things that are still IN beta, and I can't guarantee steam keys to GOG customers.
Customers who already have the game from my site and are willing to help beta-test - if you update to the latest beta patch (1.2.8) there is TONS OF NEW CONTENT, including pictures for the ending!
